Auleetech' offers Flip-Chip second hand machines and spare parts (Micron2, M5003). We also offer field service, trainings and process support for the flip-chip semiconductor industry. We are three engineers and our area of expertise lies in the flip-chip semiconductor back-end (Micron2, Micron5003, CAT2000 from ESEC/Oerlikon). Together we gathered 35 years of experience on 'Flip-Chip' and 'Die Attach' equipment of various manufacturers. Our main office is in Singapore and a branch office is in the Philippines and Malaysia. 'Auleetech' has been founded in 2005 as a private limited company in Singapore.
