Auleetech' offers second hand Flip-Chip and Die Bonder machines (Micron2, Micron5003 from ESEC). We also offer spareparts, field service, trainings and process support for the flip-chip semiconductor industry. We are five engineers and our area of expertise lies in the flip-chip semiconductor back-end (Micron2, Micron5003 from ESEC/BESI). Together we gathered more than 35 years of experience on 'Flip-Chip' and 'Die Attach' equipment of various manufacturers. Our main office is in Singapore and a branch office is in the Philippines and Taiwan. 'Auleetech' has been founded in 2005 as a private limited company in Singapore.
